Detroit Shoreway Community Development Organization (DSCDO) reviewed and updated its existing Strategic Plan during the fall of 2011 and first quarter of 2012. These sessions covered a review of the Mission, Vision and Values of DSCDO, external and internal environment scan, SWOT analysis, establishing themes and the creation of Strategic Goals and Objectives.
